2. Free-to-Play Educational Simulation
The Xaderumi Swan Survey is a free-to-play educational browser simulation. There are no commercial transactions, in-app purchases, or monetary rewards associated with the platform. All survey scores, energy units, and telemetry achievements are entirely virtual and carry no cash or monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for currency.
3. Intellectual Property
All simulation code, visual assets, branding, and text content on xaderumi.com are the property of Xaderumi Marine Survey Pty Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without express written consent from our Perth headquarters is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and Western Australian law, Xaderumi Marine Survey Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of this browser simulation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any legal disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
